Conferences
Both conferences and seminars are well catered for using our Main Hall
and our Ustinov Room. There are large foyers upstairs and down which are
ideal for circulation, coffee breaks, reception of guests and meals. The
Ustinov Room upstairs makes a delightful area for a formal dinner, or standing
or seated lunches and is one of the most attractive rooms in Tayside.

Equipment
Both of the foyers can also be used for exhibiting materials of interest
to the group. Around the walls of the Exhibition foyer downstairs are power
sockets at regular intervals which are ideal for providing power to display
stands. Any a-v equipment in the Hall is all-in with charges, which are
negotiable for any booking of more than one day's duration. Clients can
access the www and can have a phone available, plus access to photocopying
facilities on request.
Catering
Adjacent to the Ustinov Room is a serving kitchen with a lift to the downstairs
kitchen for ease of food service. We can also run a lunchtime bar, if required,
upstairs or downstairs. Although we do not cater ourselves, we have access
to very good catering from the University of Dundee or from any Registered
Caterer clients wish to employ. We liaise with caterers over the details
before the event, so that on the day clients will not 'see the join'. We
hire crockery and table linen out at very competitive prices should these
be required.
